Atlas Warehouse Lending Company, L.P. (“AWLC” or the “Company”) is an asset-backed lending firm that specializes in originating investment-grade equivalent warehouse facilities in diverse end markets. AWLC has received investment grade corporate ratings from Moody's, Standard & Poor's, and Fitch. With $6 billion in funded assets, AWLC operates as the core investment grade balance sheet of the broader Atlas warehouse lending business, which has $24 billion in funded assets.1 Over time, the Company expects to expand to include the majority of Atlas' funded assets. AWLC invests in developed markets worldwide based on liquidity and value considerations.

AWLC is managed by AASP Management, LP, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, Inc., which in turn is managed through a sub-advisory agreement by Atlas Securitized Products Advisors, L.P. An independently capitalized business with 300+ employees, Atlas has robust governance and risk-management practices in line with its market-leading origination platform.

Financial Reports

Atlas Warehouse Lending Company, L.P. (AWLC) (the “Issuer”), previously issued $500 million aggregate principal amount 6.050 % Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Notes due 2030 (collectively, the “Notes”) in transactions not subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Issuer will make annual, quarterly, and interim reports available in accordance with the terms of the indentures governing the Notes. The reports will be made available only to holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes and, subject to the Issuer's consent, securities analysts that, in each case, have returned an executed “Request for Information and Confidentially Agreement”. Any person requesting access to such reports is required to (i) keep confidential and not disclose or reveal such reports or information contained therein and (ii) not use such reports and the information contained therein for any purpose other than their evaluation of their investment in the Notes. In addition, any person who is a current holder of the Notes or prospective investor requesting access to such information confirms they are a person that is a “qualified institutional buyer” (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) that is also a “qualified purchaser” (as defined in Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended).
